Job Overview:
Our client is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Superintendent to oversee and manage Pump Station and Lift Station projects from start to finish. This leadership role requires strong organizational and communication skills, as well as extensive knowledge of construction techniques and project management.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and supervise all aspects of construction projects, ensuring on-time and on-budget completion

  • Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and stakeholders for smooth project execution

  • Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and other construction documents

  • Maintain project schedules and monitor progress, implementing corrective actions as needed

  • Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and safety standards

  • Collaborate with the project team to develop and implement effective construction strategies

  • Maintain accurate project documentation, including daily reports, change orders, and progress photos

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Superintendent on pump station and lift station projects

  • Strong knowledge of construction principles and practices

  • Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints and construction documents

  • Excellent leadership, supervisory, and communication skills

  • Knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety standards

  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail

  • Experience with deep excavations and shoring systems

  • Experience with concrete construction

  • Experience with under- and above-ground piping
