Current Openings:

  1. Project Managers

    • Responsible for overall project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and execution.
    • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure project goals are met.
    • Manage contracts, change orders, and financial reporting.

  2. Superintendents

    • Lead day-to-day on-site operations, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency.
    • Oversee subcontractors, schedules, and inspections.
    • Maintain compliance with building codes and OSHA standards.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in commercial construction (industrial, medical, hospitality, office, or retail).
  • Strong knowledge of project management or field operations.
  • Proficiency with construction software (Procore, Bluebeam, or similar).
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Superintendents: Hands-on experience with site management and construction techniques.
  • Project Managers: Expertise in budgeting, scheduling, and client relations.
