Position: Experienced Multifamily Construction Superintendent
Location: Lake Worth Wellington, FL
Industry: Multifamily and Custom Homes Construction

I am seeking a highly qualified Multifamily Construction Superintendent.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in overseeing multifamily and custom home construction projects,
with the ability to manage day-to-day operations on-site efficiently.

Background Requirements:

5-7 years of experience supervising or managing on-site subcontractors and project scheduling
Strong problem-solving skills to handle daily construction challenges
Experience in multifamily and custom home projects is preferred

Job Duties:

Oversee daily field management of all subcontractors across Division 2 through Division 16 trades
Ensure project milestones are met on time and within budget
Maintain high-quality standards in construction and ensure adherence to safety regulations
Collaborate with the on-site Project Manager and VP of Construction Operations to ensure seamless communication and project execution
Provide regular updates on project status and resolve any on-site issues swiftly
