Superintendent

Position: Superintendent – Ground-Up Gas Station & Restaurant Construction
Location: Cumming, GA (Projects within a 5-hour radius)

We are seeking an experienced Superintendent to lead and oversee the construction of ground-up gas stations, restaurants, and small retail projects. The ideal candidate will excel in managing fast-paced, high-quality commercial construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all on-site construction activities, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency.
• Manage project schedules, subcontractors, and daily operations to maintain progress.
• Ensure compliance with building codes, company policies, and client expectations.
• Conduct site meetings, manage inspections, and address issues promptly.
• Communicate effectively with project managers, clients, and subcontractors to maintain seamless coordination.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in ground-up commercial construction, particularly with gas stations, restaurants, and small retail projects.
• Proficiency in project management tools such as Procore, Bluebeam, and the Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong understanding of construction methods, building codes, scheduling, and subcontractor coordination.
• Exceptional organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to travel and manage projects within a 5-hour radius of Cumming, GA, with a focus on the Southeastern U.S.
