Responsibilities
Daily scheduling, supervising all activities and tasks, and ensuring the safety and compliance of the site.
Timely completion of the project and ensuring that the project is constructed in strict accordance with plans, specifications, and local codes. Superintendent shall supervise all subcontractors, consultants, and vendors on a daily basis.
Supervise onsite personnel and subcontractors
Interface with project inspectors, contractors, architects, engineers, city and county officials and clients
Maintain high standards of workmanship that adhere to the plans and specifications
