Superintendent

An outstanding, full-time position has become available in the Nobhill, VA area for an individual with 5+ years’ experience as an Electrical Superintendent with a background in Commercial Construction projects. This position would earn a generous base salary and a loaded benefits package including medical and HSA benefits, Life insurance, a 401K w/ matching, bonuses, PTO, stock options, and other outstanding perks.

Required work experience includes:

• 5+ years of experience in Construction Management as a Superintendent or Foreman for Electrical projects is a MUST
• Experience with Ground-up and Installation Commercial Construction projects (including Healthcare/Medical, Institutional/Educational, and Industrial projects) is a MUST
• Experience with Construction Administration (g., Labor/Material and Project Tracking, documentation, inspections, and supervising crews of 10+ people) is a MUST
• Electrician license in the state of Virginia is a BIG PLUS
