- Project & people management, to include clear and consistent communication
- Assist in development of a pre-bid schedule and contribute to execution plan development
- Assist with the development and enforcement of the Site Specific Safety Plan and Site Specific Quality Plan
- Monitor construction activities, including subcontractor performance, for adherence to policy and procedure
- Host pre-installation conferences for subcontractors and self-performed scope
- Proactively identify potential "problem areas" early in the process and develop strategies to overcome obstacles
- Review all design revisions with project team for added cost and schedule impact
- Preplan and actively assess schedule activities including manpower, material requirements and equipment
- Communicate milestones and critical path to the project team and field and confirm downstream communication
- Ensure punch list is performed in a timely manner and all close-out procedures are completed
