Commercial Superintendent – Interior Buildouts

Location: Metro Atlanta, GA
Salary Range: $70K–$100K (Full Benefits Package)

About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Commercial Superintendent to oversee interior buildout projects for a variety of sectors, including private schools, office buildings, and aviation. This is an on-site leadership role, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all day-to-day field operations, including subcontractor coordination and quality control.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring timely completion of all phases.
• Enforce OSHA compliance and site safety protocols.
• Communicate effectively with project managers, clients, and stakeholders.
• Conduct inspections to ensure adherence to design specifications and codes.
• Oversee material deliveries, manage inventory, and address on-site challenges proactively.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience as a Commercial Superintendent, specializing in interior buildouts.
• Strong background in managing projects in private education, corporate offices, and aviation environments.
• Knowledge of commercial construction codes and regulations.
• Proficiency in project management tools (Procore, Buildertrend, or similar preferred).
• Exceptional organizational and leadership skills.
• OSHA 30-Hour certification preferred.
