Superintendent (Hospitality Construction)
Our client is a leading hospitality renovations GC based in Columbus, Ohio. They serve respected brands all over USA/Caribbean, and are in their third generation of family ownership. They are seeking a motivated Superintendent who wants to join their award winning team.
Highlights:
-3 weeks on / 1 week off schedule, with paid flights to/from the project... you also have the option to have your significant other flown out to stay with you at the project location.
-Excellent per-diem package -- supers are typically put up at the same hotel they are renovating, and given 35/day for food.
-Company retreats to locations like Las Vegas, Bahamas, Puerto Rico... all expenses paid for you and your significant other.
-Benefits include: Company credit card, fuel and travel, health, vision, dental, 401k, HSA, company contributions, profit sharing. Also there are generous bonuses for meeting project deadlines.
-Project sizes range from $500k to $17m... most fall in the $1-3m range.
