We are working with a mid-market Commercial Construction company located on the northside of metro Atlanta that is looking to add an experienced Superintendent to their team. The ideal candidate should be experienced with the Atlanta construction market. Here are the position details:

• Must have Commercial Construction experience
• Must have a minimum of 5-7 years of experience as a Superintendent
• Must be computer literate
• Must have good verbal & written communication skills
• A college degree in a construction related field is a plus
• Must be able to multi-task and prioritize
• Must understand project budgets & scheduling
• Must have a solid understanding of Building Codes
• Must have an understanding of job site safety and best practices
• Experience with the following types of projects is a must: Retail Stores Restaurants Ground-up projects Tenant Build-out Churches/Synagogues Event Centers Medical Facilities Metal Buildings/Warehouses
