Superintendent — DFW Airport Terminal C (Dallas, TX)

Russ Hadick & Associates has been retained to recruit a Construction Superintendent for a marquee aviation project: the Terminal C program at DFW International Airport. Our client is an established Dallas-based general contractor on one of the largest airport construction programs in the country.

What You Will Do

  • Direct daily on-site construction activities and field personnel as the primary on-site leader.
  • Own quality assurance / quality control — inspections, documentation, workmanship standards.
  • Coordinate trades, subcontractors, inspectors, and stakeholders on a multi-party team.
  • Manage materials, daily reports, and project documentation with discipline.
  • Enforce site safety: OSHA compliance, weekly safety meetings, JHAs, site-specific safety plans.
  • Build and maintain look-ahead schedules with the Project Manager; drive milestones to completion.

What We Are Looking For

  • 6–10 years of relevant construction experience, including superintendent-level supervision.
  • Background primarily in public-sector construction — K-12 schools and municipal projects strongly preferred; airport or aviation experience a plus.
  • OSHA 30 certification required.
  • Procore and Bluebeam proficiency; CPM scheduling experience.
  • Strong QA/QC, coordination, and documentation skills.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation; ability to pass drug and background screening.
  • Located in — or ready to plant roots in — the Dallas–Fort Worth area.
