Requirements of this Superintendent role:

• 10+ years’ experience on ground-up office, retail and mixed-use projects up to $30M
• Proven ability to build and maintain schedules
• Ability to hold site safety meetings
• OSHA 30 certification
• Ability to use discernment and your prioritization skills to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Excellent written and verbal communication, leadership and organizational skills
