Salary of $100K-130K/yr DOE.

Your role on the team

· Leading Superintendent for a $30M ground-up project in College Station.

· Each team built with Project Managers, Superintendents, Project Engineers and full support staff. Manage all trade subcontractors

· Opportunity to grow into senior leadership role.

Background Profile

· Expertise in building and project experience in larger commercial projects.

· 5+ years of experience in commercial construction.

· Exposure to projects starting around $10M and up to 50M+

· Strong leadership skills and interest in mentoring.
