Russ Hadick & Associates has partnered with a Columbus, OH client to help them search and qualify candidates for their Construction Superintendent position. Our client is a generations old company with an excellent reputation in the industry, and with majority of their business from repeat customers. Primary responsibilities of the job include:

• Seeking managing experience in healthcare construction projects
• Experience overseeing own jobs with strong leadership skills
• Must have at least 5 years of experience managing CRM construction projects
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Successfully managing projects on time and on budget

A successful candidate will possess the following:

• A 4-year degree in Construction Management or Engineering
• Experience with projects of at least $10 million
• 5 years direct experience in healthcare construction, will also look at ground up schools and commercial projects
• A desire to do things right the first time
• Ability to oversee the entire process and work independently
• Understanding of shop drawings
• Ability to maintain schedules and budgets
• EI, PE, or industry certifications are highly desired

Salary Range: $90-120K
