Job Description

Tasks:

The resource must perform the following tasks;

6.1 Submit a detailed monthly activity report summarizing all tasks performed, deliverables completed, and any challenges encountered, along with proposed actions for the upcoming period.

6.2 Deliver comprehensive input on Pan Domain Command and Control (PDC2), Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (C4ISR), Joint Electromagnetic Spectrum Operations (JEMSO), and other systems for scenario, experiment, or exercise design.

6.3 Develop and deliver complete documentation for experiments and exercises, including plans, procedures, and supporting materials, ensuring accuracy and alignment with organizational objectives.

6.4 Plan and coordinate training for military personnel on warfighting and operational systems, including PDC2, C4ISR, JEMSO, and other classified and unclassified systems. Submit training schedules and participation summaries.

6.5 Develop and present detailed briefings for visitors and senior military personnel, highlighting the objectives of activities and the operational use of PDC2, C4ISR, JEMSO, and other employed systems.

6.6 Create and deliver a detailed plan for activity execution, including objectives, timelines, roles, and responsibilities, and provide a formal briefing to stakeholders.

6.7 Submit Experimentation and Interoperability (E&I) input for inclusion in activity briefs, ensuring relevance and alignment with ongoing experimentation efforts.

6.8 Deliver comprehensive administrative support for experiments and exercises, including venue arrangements, coordinating support requirements across multiple locations, video and teleconferences, and preparing agendas, minutes, and other correspondence. Ensure planning conferences, including scenario, technical, and data collection sessions, are well organized and documented.

6.9 Perform business analysis for the design of concepts and experiments. Deliver analytical reports and recommendations to guide experimentation activities.

6.10 Design, develop, and provide support for operational experiments, delivering detailed experiment plans and execution reports to enhance experimentation capabilities.

6.11 Establish and maintain liaison with research organizations, operational commands, force development entities, intelligence organizations, special operations units, cyber authorities, and other government departments. Provide regular updates on liaison activities and outcomes.

6.12 Deliver actionable support to exploit emergent ideas and technologies and develop initiatives that foster an innovative organizational culture. Provide periodic reports summarizing activities and recommendations for innovation advancement.

Experience planning and coordinating project activities or events both from an international and national perspective.

Experience preparing various project documentation such as Op orders, Master Event Lists, assessments and reports.
