Your Role with the Company
- You are the point person on your projects– with Project Engineers, Superintendents, and Field personnel reporting to you. Your team will help build bridges, light rail stations, and other civil-concrete-related projects.
- Reports directly to Vice President and part-owner who has been with the company for over 8 years. His leadership style is “the project is yours, I’m here to help you and provide resources, it’s your baby to run cradle to grave.”

Background Profile
- Experience in heavy civil including bridges, cast-in-place, box culverts, transit, concrete structures, treatment plants
- Similar work experience in a public works setting, WSDOT, ORDOT, Caltrans, Sound Transit
- Demonstrate proven experience managing jobs in a direct supervisory capacity for a team of people
