Structural Engineer (5+)

We are currently seeking a Design Engineer/Project Manager to work in the structural division of our office. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in structural engineering.

Description

• Lead engineering design on a variety of project types including commercial, office, retail, residential and industrial structures.
• Oversee production of construction documents working with the client and design team coordinating work and meeting project deadlines.
• Provide an efficient engineering design that meets current building code requirements and project budgets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering with emphasis in structural design.
• 5+ years of experience in structural design using steel, concrete, wood and masonry.
• Strong project organization and management skills
• Solid interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
• PE licensure in Minnesota.
• Experience with structural analysis software (RISA or RAM)
• Experience with Revit software to prepare structural construction drawings preferred, but not required.
