The position reports to the Strategy & Marketing Director, and maintains a strong working relationship with the Sales Director and the Director of the plant.

The main responsibilities of the position are:

  • Analyze growth potential and profitability of current product lines and identify opportunities for expansion across the portfolio.
  • Build growth business cases, assess the feasibility of the alternative solutions proposed and make strategic recommendations that translate into actionable operational business programs.
  • Develop transparency analyses on markets, customers, products and competitors.
  • Assess the impact of economic and political megatrends in the markets.Monitor opportunities and disruptive forces that may impact our position in these markets.
  • Assist the Sales Director in the development and implementation of the commercial plan and the revenue growth strategy.
  • Assist the plant Director in the implementation of a sustainability program in line with the Sustainability Strategy.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing Manager to develop the positioning and the differentiation strategy for the portfolio.
  • Liaise with the CRM Manager to accelerate the implementation of our CRM software – Salesforce – and other digitalization initiatives.
  • Contribute actively to the annual strategic plan process in the Business Unit.
