Position Responsibilities:
Reporting to the Vice President of Sales for a leading provider of integrated logistics. Services include lead logistics provider, synchronized inbound, distribution center management, transportation management (TMS), warehouse management (WMS), and dedicated contract carriage. Will be responsible for the management, development and signing of profitable new business, additional business, and maintaining current accounts specifically within the Managed Transportation/Freight Management solution. Coordinates complete sales cycle process including prospect list initiation, lead generation, prospect qualification, analysis, pricing, proposal preparation and presentation(s), contract signing, start-up and customer service follow-up after the sale. Challenge is to expand account base, increase revenues and improve profitability.

Background Required:
- Demonstrated successful sales achievement selling Managed Transportation/Freight Management Solutions to large scale organizations
- Solutions sales, consultative approach
- Sector experience (Retail, CPG, Industrial)
- Develop and execute account-based business plan strategies
- Demonstrated ability to close deals
- Excellent presentation skills
- Transportation management technology proficient (TMS)
- Proficiency (Office 2000 suite, Power Point, Word, Excel)
- Travel: 50%
- Education: College Graduate-BA or BS
- Residence: Home Office
- Education: Master Degree: MBA
- Hunter mentality
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Team player (demonstrated coordination with Operations, Logistics Engineering, IT, Finance)
