As a Store Manager, you'll oversee a small, dedicated team, help coordinate service and installation schedules, and roll up your sleeves to handle minor repairs when needed. This role requires patience, care, and a commitment to providing outstanding service to individuals who depend on your expertise.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of 3-4 employees.
- Open and close the store daily, ensuring smooth operations.
- Provide accurate quotes for equipment and service.
- Schedule and oversee service and installation calls.
- Perform hands-on service and installation tasks when necessary.
- Handle in-office repairs, troubleshooting, and minor fixes.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience managing a team.
- Strong mechanical mindset with the ability to learn product-specific repairs (training provided).
- Basic knowledge of wiring and the ability to handle minor electrical work.
- Comfortable with occasional travel within a few-hour radius.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift up to 60 lbs.
- Regularly required to sit, stand, kneel, and perform tasks on hands and knees.
- Must be able to use basic hand and power tools proficiently.
- Capable of climbing, bending, and maintaining various physical positions as needed for repairs and installations.
