Store Manager
Our client needs to hire a Store Manager for their Duncan, SC location.
- Analyzes and organizes sales operations for location.
- Responsible for and oversees the delivery of products to all customers served by location.
- Prepares weekly sales reports based on previous week and sets goals for future.
- Represents the organization with all referral sources; customers, potential clients, partnering companies and vendors.
- Communicates as needed with outside sales and home office concerning new developments and/or problems.
- Responsible for review of sales goals to include customer call log, for confirmation of product delivery and ongoing customer satisfaction.
- Works with quality improvement staff relative to sales tracking, performance review and location efficiency, as well as customer support and employee engagement.
- Participates in the interviewing, hiring, training, and firing of employees.
- Delegates referral process/coordination, staffing coordination, supply inventory, and oversees the completion of these processes.
Requirements:
- Prior Retail Store experience required.
- Prior inside sales experience required
Our client offers a salary of $50k - $60k with bonus potential and full benefits.
