This pivotal role involves overseeing the daily activities of the store, managing a motivated sales team, and ensuring superior customer experience. The ideal candidate will bring strong sales leadership abilities, a deep understanding of sales processes, and a passion for driving business growth. You’ll also collaborate closely with the operations manager to maintain and expand the store’s current performance in a highly competitive market.

Benefits and Compensation:
- Competitive base salary ranging from $70,000-$90,000
- Annual bonus based on overall company performance
- Participation in stock options as part of an employee-owned company
- Regular schedule with hours Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM to 4:30 PM, and Saturdays from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM (April-November)
