We are seeking a dynamic Boutique Manager to oversee our prestigious 5th Avenue Flagship Boutique. This role offers the opportunity to lead a high-performing team, deliver an elevated client experience, and drive business success in a globally recognized luxury brand.
As Boutique Manager, you will be responsible for the overall store operations, team development, sales performance, and customer engagement. You will cultivate a client-first culture while ensuring profitability, operational excellence, and brand representation at the highest level.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, inspire, and develop a team of luxury retail professionals.
- Drive a culture of exceptional service, teamwork, and performance.
- Recruit, train, and coach associates to excel in sales and client relations.
- Set clear goals and ensure all team members align with company objectives.
- Maintain the highest level of customer service, ensuring a seamless shopping experience.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, driving clienteling initiatives.
- Analyze sales performance and implement strategies to maximize revenue.
- Ensure product knowledge and brand storytelling are at the forefront of the client experience.
- Oversee day-to-day store operations, ensuring efficiency and adherence to company policies.
- Manage inventory control, payroll, expense management, and loss prevention.
- Ensure merchandising standards reflect the brand’s heritage and luxury appeal.
- Partner with corporate teams to execute business strategies effectively.
Who You Are:
- A seasoned luxury retail leader with 5+ years of boutique or high-end retail management experience.
- Experienced in managing flagship or high-profile store locations.
- A strategic thinker with a passion for sales, team leadership, and customer engagement.
- Detail-oriented, results-driven, and committed to maintaining operational excellence.
- Proficient in store operations, P&L management, and client development.
- Multilingual skills, particularly French, are a plus.
