We are seeking a dynamic Boutique Manager to oversee our prestigious 5th Avenue Flagship Boutique. This role offers the opportunity to lead a high-performing team, deliver an elevated client experience, and drive business success in a globally recognized luxury brand.

As Boutique Manager, you will be responsible for the overall store operations, team development, sales performance, and customer engagement. You will cultivate a client-first culture while ensuring profitability, operational excellence, and brand representation at the highest level.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, inspire, and develop a team of luxury retail professionals.
  • Drive a culture of exceptional service, teamwork, and performance.
  • Recruit, train, and coach associates to excel in sales and client relations.

  • Manage inventory control, payroll, expense management, and loss prevention.
  • Ensure merchandising standards reflect the brand’s heritage and luxury appeal.
  • Partner with corporate teams to execute business strategies effectively.

Who You Are:

  • A seasoned luxury retail leader with 5+ years of boutique or high-end retail management experience.
  • Experienced in managing flagship or high-profile store locations.
  • A strategic thinker with a passion for sales, team leadership, and customer engagement.
  • Detail-oriented, results-driven, and committed to maintaining operational excellence.
  • Proficient in store operations, P&L management, and client development.
  • Multilingual skills, particularly French, are a plus.
