Job Title: Stock Customer Service Representative
Location: Ala Moana Center
We are looking for energetic and dependable team members to join our retail store as Stock Customer Service Representatives. This role combines stocking duties with customer service to ensure a clean, organized, and welcoming shopping experience.
What You’ll Do:

Replenish and rotate stock, maintain clean stock areas

Assist with receiving, inventory, and product handling

Greet and assist customers with a warm “Aloha”

Provide product knowledge, offer samples, and support sales

Maintain store cleanliness and merchandising standards
What We’re Looking For:

Strong customer service and communication skills

Organized, reliable, and team-oriented

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Able to lift up to 20 lbs., stand/walk during shift, climb ladders

Flexible schedule including weekends, holidays, and extended hours
