  • Partner with managers to make sure the right amount of product is on the sales floor; all styles and sizes are represented
  • Understand and execute all Merch Flow processes
  • Support floor sets (prep and execution)
  • Communicate product/marketing issues with managers daily
  • Execute mega fills as needed during peak periods
  • Engage with and assist customers as needed
  • Maintain a neat, clean and organized stockroom and coach associates to do the same


  • Process shipment and execute floor set in a timely fashion
  • Maintain standards to keep all areas of our store neat and organized
  • Protect company assets (merchandise and cash)
  • Comply with company safety and security policies

  • Able to work a flexible schedule (including evenings and weekends)

  • Move boxes and merchandise up to 25 pounds
  • Bend, twist and kneel to shift and fill shipment as needed
