Job Description

State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA), Full-time or Part-time – Assist residents with all aspects of activities of daily living, bathing, dressing, eating, transfers, bed mobility, hygiene; monitor and record intake and output; follow resident’s plan of care; document levels of activities of daily living, as required; change bed linens and keep resident rooms tidy; report observations of skin breakdown or change in conditions to immediate supervisor; serve food trays at meal times; maintain resident safety; answer call lights; maintain infection control practices; fulfill continuing education hours, as required; other duties as may be assigned.
