This position requires effective leadership skills, the ability to manage a diverse team, and a deep understanding of the food and beverage industry.

  • Create staff schedules and manage shifts effectively to ensure optimal coverage.
  • Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
  • Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to ensure satisfaction.
  • Assist in budgeting and financial planning for café operations.
  • Contribute to product development and menu planning by utilizing knowledge of Japanese sweets and beverage trends.
