Staffing Manager – Property Management
Staffing Managers handle every aspect of a company's staffing needs. They are responsible for recruiting, training, and retaining employees, and they also fire employees when necessary. They combine both recruiting and human resource functions to fully serve their clients, namely, the company that hires them.
Responsibilities:
- Cold-calling prospects via phone and email daily.
- Building and maintaining a pipeline in PCR.
- Generating leads by sourcing Social Network sites, job fairs and other avenues to generate contractor leads.
- Educating prospective customers about PBS Staffing
- Overall responsibility for Customer relationship management.
- Recruit, train and direct Sales Representatives, monitoring account penetration and providing guidance to improve sales performance.
- Develop strong and positive relationships with existing Customers and sales representatives.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree preferred; previous experience in sales, prospecting, or cold-calling a plus!
- Excellent communication skills, especially over the phone.
- Competitive nature with a desire to exceed goals.
- High degree of professionalism, detail, productivity, flexibility and enthusiasm.
- Skilled in handling complex Customer issues and exercising a high level of tact and diplomacy
- Understand Customer needs and provide solutions that create customer value, and negotiate with Customers to close deals
