Staffing Director - REMOTE


Job.com has an immediate need for a Staffing Director for our contract/temp division. This isn’t just another management job — it’s an opportunity to take our staffing practice and team to the next level.

In this role you will:

• Lead and scale a high-impact staffing organization
• Drive new business development and strengthen client partnerships
• Oversee client account strategy and delivery excellence
• Mentor and develop talent — including high-performing recruiters
• Influence culture, best practices, and go-to-market strategy

Other Details:

• Position is 100% remote
• Looking for someone with 15+ years of progressive experience (with at least 5 years in contract/temp staffing)
• This position is approximately 70% BD, 30% farming
• We seek someone with a “go getter” attitude who is hungry for success
