Staff Counsel

Our client is a growing Real Estate and Property Management organization in the Greater Seattle area. We are looking
to enhance our organization with legal expertise.

As Staff Counsel, you will own the complete portfolio from contracts, lease enforcement to eviction process. With work
expertise will allow us to focus on resolving problems quickly, legally, and consistently. You will be heavily involved with
operations guiding us on the fastest, safest path to resolution in each case. Come and build and execute playbooks that
will form the foundation of our decision frameworks.

Execution & Case Management
Playbooks, Systems & Consistency
Site & Leadership Support
Outside Counsel Coordination

Qualifications

 JD from an accredited law school
 3+ years of legal experience
 Admission to the bar in Washington State

Compensation starts at 130K plus benefits
