Staff Accountant

Staff Accountant (Hybrid) – Manchester, NH
Salary: $70,000–$75,000

We are seeking an experienced Staff Accountant to join our team in Manchester, NH. This is a hybrid position reporting directly to the Controller and playing a key role in the monthly accounting cycle.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 5+ years of Staff Accountant or related accounting experience
• Strong understanding of general ledger accounting and reconciliations
• Experience supporting the month-end close process
• Proficiency with Excel and accounting/ERP systems
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the Controller with month-end close activities
• Prepare and post journal entries
• Perform balance sheet reconciliations
• Maintain general ledger accuracy
• Assist with financial reporting and analysis
• Support audits and other accounting projects as needed

Compensation & Benefits:

• $70,000–$75,000 annual salary
