Staff Accountant- Manufacturing (St Mountain/Tucker GA)

Our client is looking to hire a Staff Accountant for their Manufacturing facility located close to St Mtn/Tucker area.
Duties will include the following:

• Reconcile all bank accounts daily – provide to the Controller for review
• Perform remote deposits
• Prepare daily and weekly cash reporting
• Assist in managing and or maintaining Balance Sheet reconciliations
• Will perform credit and collections functions as needed
• Responsible for entering journal entries into Great Plains
• Assist in Month-End closing process

Requirements include the following:

• Bachelor’s Degree in accounting
• Hands-on accounting with 3 or more years (preferably in a manufacturing environment);
• Good understanding of financial reporting and analytics;
• Quick learner of ERP systems Great Plains experience preferred

Base salary 50k-55k plus Excellent Benefits and growth potential
