Windward Recruiting has partnered with a highly regarded boutique RIA in Southern Florida to add a Sr. Wealth Advisor to their team. This position will originate new clients with leads generated through several well-developed distribution channels. They will work directly with the Managing Director and will be dedicated to servicing sophisticated high net worth families. They can compliment the growth of the firm, and their earning potential by leveraging their own personal network and centers of influence.Responsibilities:
- Source and acquire new clients to expand existing markets and/or create growth in new markets by leveraging existing relationships with custody channel partners.
- Delivers a holistic Wealth Management experience by specifically identifying and addressing the client's priorities.
- Actively lead client meetings. Develop and maintain long-term client relationships, from proposal, to designing and implementing their financial, estate and portfolio strategies.
- Work effectively with each client’s external advisors.
- Four-year college degree (Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Business or Economics is preferred)
- One or more industry credentials preferred, e.g. CFP, CFA, CPA, etc.
- 5-7 years of client facing financial planning and investment management experience
- Proven track record of success in originating and acquiring new clients
- Ability to assess complex financial profiles and strategies, and communicate issues, opportunities and solutions clearly and concisely to clients
- Ability to work independently as well as leverage resources effectively in a team-based environment
- Customer service-oriented with a client-first mentality
- Professional presence and the ability to inspire confidence of clients and team members
- Ability to work with a team, yet be a self-starter
