Sr. Wealth Advisor
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Serve as the primary advisor to clients to deliver personalized financial plans and build long-term trust.

Guide clients through budgeting, saving, investing, and debt management strategies.

Educate on investment principles like diversification, compounding, and risk tolerance.

Monitor and adjust financial plans as client needs evolve.

Proactively engage clients to identify life changes and offer timely solutions.

Maintain all necessary licenses and certifications, staying current on industry trends and financial tools.

Create and execute a personal growth plan aligned with broader marketing goals.

Expand the client base through strategic outreach, networking, and referrals.

Represent the firm in professional communities and external events to build brand visibility.

Contribute to internal initiatives that enhance client experience, improve operational efficiency, and foster an inclusive team culture.

Participate in committees or lead innovation projects related to training, process improvement, or client service enhancements.

Leverage firm-wide resources and support to deliver an exceptional client experience.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred.
- CFP®, CFA®, or similar credential.
- Series 65 (or ability to obtain).
- 5+ years of experience in financial advising or client relationship management.

Strong foundation in financial planning for individuals in the early stages of wealth building.

Excellent emotional intelligence and communication skills.

Analytical mindset with the ability to explain complex topics in simple terms.

Deep commitment to fiduciary principles and client confidentiality.

Experience working with young professionals, entrepreneurs, or first-time investors.

Familiarity with behavioral finance and the psychology of early investing.
