Requirements for the Processor position include:
- Strong Encompass Experience
- Simple Nexus knowledge a plus
- Experience working with FHA, VA, USDA, and Conforming Products
- Time Management Skills; Pipeline Management
- Experience in the Mortgage Banking environment
- Quality Preparation of UW Submission Package to meet Loan Programs: Income, Assets, ID, Property & Title Information, etc.
- Effective Communication skills with Sales and Operations
