Location: Joplin MO

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated IT professional to join our team. This role is responsible for managing and maintaining our technological infrastructure, ensuring security, reliability, and efficiency across all systems. The ideal candidate will have experience in financial institutions, strong technical expertise, and excellent project management and leadership skills.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND BASIC DUTIES

Manage and maintain Microsoft network environments, including Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy.

Administer M365 services (Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive).

Support Symitar core processing systems and related applications.

Configure, monitor, and troubleshoot network hardware and software (routers, switches, firewalls).

Ensure network security and compliance with industry standards and financial regulations.

Implement and maintain cybersecurity best practices.

Create and maintain detailed technical documentation and reports.

Develop and deliver system performance and security reports to management.

Lead IT projects from planning to execution, ensuring timely delivery and budget adherence.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement new technologies and upgrades.

Provide support for IT issues across branches.

Train staff on new systems and security protocols.

Occasional travel to branch locations (valid driver’s license and clean driving record required).

QUALIFICATIONS

Required:

Experience in IT within a financial institution.

Strong knowledge of Microsoft network administration and Active Directory.

M365 Certification.

VMWare/Veeam

Excellent report writing and documentation skills.

Strong management and project management abilities.

Preferred:

Coding experience (Python, PowerShell, or similar).

Additional certifications (Cisco, VMware, etc.).

CompTIA certification (A+, Network+, Security+ preferred).

Symitar experience.

Education/Certification: Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
