Sr. Strategic Enterprise Account Manager

Location: Remote, U.S. (Central or Eastern Time preferred)
Travel: Up to 75% domestic travel, with limited international travel
Compensation: Base Salary $100,000 – $150,000 + performance incentives
About the Company
Our client is a global leader in mission-critical communications, video security, and command-and-control technologies—serving both enterprise and public safety customers worldwide. Their integrated solutions enable safer operations for organizations across sectors including utilities, transportation, healthcare, education, and manufacturing.
As the company continues to expand its enterprise presence, they are seeking an experienced Sr. Strategic Enterprise Account Manager to drive growth across key national accounts and strengthen long-term relationships with executive decision-makers.
The Opportunity
This is a high-visibility, strategic sales role within a national enterprise team that supports some of the company’s most important global customers. The successful candidate will serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, overseeing all facets of the business relationship—demand generation, account planning, pipeline management, and executive engagement.
Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute comprehensive strategic account plans for assigned enterprise customers.

Build strong relationships with executive and operational stakeholders to understand business needs and technology priorities.

Position the company’s full portfolio of communications, video, and software solutions to enhance customer safety, efficiency, and coordination.

Lead the full sales cycle, including RFIs, RFPs, and commercial negotiations.

Collaborate with internal cross-functional teams and channel partners to ensure customer satisfaction and revenue achievement.

Maintain accurate forecasts, pipeline reports, and account activity updates.

Participate in industry and customer events to promote the company’s solutions and stay current on market trends.
Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree with 4+ years of enterprise sales experience, or 8+ years of equivalent professional experience.

Proven success selling complex technology solutions to large enterprise or public safety clients.

Strong understanding of LMR/LTE, video security, and enterprise software solutions preferred.

Demonstrated ability to build and maintain C-level relationships and lead multi-stakeholder engagements.

Exceptional communication, presentation, and organizational skills.

Ability to manage multiple high-value accounts in a fast-paced environment.

Willingness to travel up to 75% across the U.S., with occasional international travel.
Compensation & Benefits
