About the Firm:

A CPA firm local to our area needing a influencer to help as their firm continues to grow by adding a new location in the surrounding area.

Essential Tasks:

A Senior Staff Accountant, who are building accounting career to a management role in the near future.

The successful candidate will be required to perform below duties with minimum supervising.

• Provide or manage staff to complete the bookkeeping services.
• Prepare personal tax returns, trust returns, T4s, T5s and other tax filings
• Prepare working papers for financial statements and corporate tax returns
• Develop a high level of competency and respond to queries in a timely basis
• Ensuring and maintaining the highest standard of professional integrity and competence

Qualifications:

• Knowledge of Caseware/Caseview Quickbook, Simply Accounting, and CanTax is an asset.
• Excellent verbal and written skills Preferred Mandarin speaking
• Excellent learning skills
• Ability to work under strict deadlines and prioritize functions

The ideal candidate will be a CPA or who is working towards the CPA designation.
