Job Summary
The role is responsible for designing, coding and modifying websites, from layout to function and according to a client's specifications. Strive to create visually appealing sites that feature user-friendly design and clear navigation. This position will manage all areas of the office team function on a day-to-day basis. This is a work from remote location position.

Job Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and test quality components, services, and web interfaces using Microsoft technology
  • Contribute to establishing development best practices
  • Manage projects and reporting
  • Collaborate with developers, project managers, business analysts and others to ensure design and applications satisfy business needs
  • Mentors office team in all areas of operations
  • Identify coaching or training opportunities to improve individual performance
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, MIS or related major
  • 4+ years of web development experience in HTML, CSS, Classic ASP
  • 2+ years of development experience in C#, .NET Framework
  • 2+ years of experience with SQL 2008/2012
  • 3+ years of supervisory experience

  • Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills

  • Solid understanding of Object-Oriented concepts
  • Solid understanding of MVC
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Physical Demands: The physical demands of this position involve normal sitting, standing, stretching and use of a computer keyboard for data entry.
