Job Description

Flybridge Staffing is currently searching for a Sr. Social Media Specialist for a South Florida-based client with offices in NY. This is a direct hire position that will work off a hybrid schedule in either the South Florida office or the NY City office.

You will develop content strategies that drive objectives across our social media channels and will play a key role in launching innovative digital marketing strategies for web, corporate marketing, sales, and other teams across the organization.


  • Using data, this role will help build the company’s overall digital marketing strategies.
  • Conceive, create, and publish organic content on ALL social channels including LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube & Twitter
  • Managing daily operations including editorial calendars, content development/execution (images, posts, and videos), and engagement with users
  • Influencer content and campaign management–own and evolve our influencer program from ideation, through launch, reporting, and optimization.
  • Support reputation management and social customer care programs with written and video content that advances our strategy while meeting compliance policies.
  • Collaborate on digital and integrated marketing campaigns with various marketing groups including digital marketing, creative/content, production, and data analytics
  • Identifying key performance indicators (KPIs) for organic and paid advertising campaigns
  • Managing the monitoring and analytics systems to track engagement and results, and creating reports as needed
  • Manage priorities and budgets for a team of freelance designers, writers, and social strategists- Ability to project manage objectives and campaigns across social channels


  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing or New Media
  • At least 2-3 years of digital marketing experience specializing in social media
  • 1+ years of marketing experience in financial services
  • Hands-on experience managing and developing organic social media campaigns on Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube
  • Extensive experience writing and creating social content including posts, blogs, articles, infographics, polls/surveys, testimonials, live streams, and videos
  • Creative thinker with analytical and problem-solving abilities, as well as excellent writing, verbal, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong supervisory and project management skills
  • Proficient with social media management software/listening tools such as Hootsuite, Brandwatch, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator)
  • Proficient with Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Proven ability to create and implement integrated marketing plans across multiple distribution channels including organic and paid social, and email
  • Experience leading, developing, and executing campaigns in support of Influencer, Reputation Management, and Social Selling programs is preferred
  • Proficient in Google Analytics, Microsoft Excel, and data visualization tools such as Data Studio are preferred
  • Experience working with Google Tag Manager, Facebook Pixel, and other event-tracking mechanisms is preferred
