Senior Lead Systems Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for development, optimization, implementation and operational support activities for Server & Storage equipment
• Team Lead and Escalation point of contact for offshore Wintel Operations personnel
• Identify, recommend, and implement process improvement opportunities
• Responsible for support of all Wintel systems and escalations for client-side support
• Lead calls for critical issues impacting the business processes

Experience:

• 5+ years experience as Operations Engineer required
• 5+ years of scripting experience using and managing server/storage monitoring tools (e.g. PowerShell)
• 5+ years of systems administration/design experience
• Experience with SCOM
• Knowledge and experience in a large environment, including experience with VMWare and Windows Server systems
• Demonstrated ability to lead and work in a global, multi-site, cross functional, matrixed organization
