Sr. Salesforce Admin Developer - Mid-level

They are seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer to support our CRM platform. This role requires expertise in designing, coding, and implementing Salesforce solutions to enhance business processes. The developer will work collaboratively across departments, ensuring efficient data integration and optimal system performance. This position reports to the Senior Solution Architect within the sales organization.

Focus:

  • Develop and maintain Salesforce solutions, ensuring optimal functionality and alignment with business needs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Finance, Sales, Marketing, and Product) to enhance CRM workflows.
  • Configure and maintain user roles, permissions, and security settings to safeguard company data.
  • Design, develop, and optimize Flows, Validation Rules, and automation processes to drive operational efficiencies.
  • Develop and oversee seamless integrations between Salesforce and external applications.
  • Utilize Salesforce developer tools, including Apex, LWC, Aura Components, Visualforce, Force.com IDE, Data Loader, REST API, and batch jobs.
  • Ensure comprehensive testing and user acceptance validation for all new developments and updates.
  • Maintain up-to-date technical documentation and propose best practices for continuous improvement.
  • Monitor Salesforce updates and industry trends to recommend innovative solutions.
  • Support data governance initiatives by defining and managing system standards and protocols.
  • Troubleshoot issues efficiently, providing high-quality resolutions to business challenges.
  • Provide technical recommendations for Salesforce enhancements in alignment with the company’s strategic goals.

Skill Set:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • 5+ years of Salesforce development experience across multiple clouds (Sales, Marketing, Service, Platform, etc.).
  • Deep expertise in Apex, LWC, Aura Components, Visualforce, SOQL, SQL, JavaScript, and GitHub.
  • Demonstrated experience in integrating Salesforce with third-party systems using APIs and AppExchange solutions.
  • Strong analytical skills for designing scalable solutions aligned with business objectives.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies and software development lifecycle processes.
  • Salesforce Developer or Advanced Admin certifications are a plus.

Preferred Skills:

  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Experience with JavaScript, AJAX, and other front-end technologies.
  • Knowledge of Web Services integration.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
