Job Description
BCTG’s direct client is looking for a Sr Quality Systems Project Manager. This person will be responsible managing project scope, budget, team and capacity requirements, work plans, project plan / timelines, and communication plans. This person will be joining at the beginning stages of the project and will be expected to help with strategy decisions, the makeup of the teams, and help frame the organization. Initially, this role will start part-time in January and ramp up to full-time by February. This will be an 8–10-month contract to start with the probability of extension.
Background and responsibilities include:
- Familiar with Quality Mgt. processes and systems
- Life Science experience (managing large projects in a GXP environment)
- Excellent leadership and corporate communication skills
- Experience managing project schedules, identifying and managing project risks, identify gaps, manage scope creep, change control, delivering project on-time and on-budget
- Coordinating and delivering against SDLC, documentation, and testing work streams
- Experience delivering Agile methodology projects
- Leading large teams of developers, operations staff, scrum masters, analysts and product owners
- Familiar with Compliance, Complaint Mgt., CAPA (corrective and preventative action), Escalation procedures, and Product Recalls
