Job Description

Responsibilities:
  • The Sr. Project Manager will own delivery of the site’s capital projects, construction execution, turnarounds, and asset renewal portfolio.
  • Establish prioritization, sequencing, and resource allocation across competing initiatives.
  • Lead projects from concept development through commissioning and operational handover.
  • Direct on-site construction execution with strong contractor oversight and field leadership.
  • Plan and execute plant turnarounds, major outages, and outage-related capital work.
  • Lead long-range asset renewal programs, including lifecycle planning and execution.
  • Enforce safety, regulatory, and environmental compliance across all execution activities.
  • Serve as the primary escalation point for execution, safety, schedule, or cost issues.
  • Relocation provided.
Requirements:
  • The Sr. Project Manager will have 10+ years of experience in industrial capital projects, construction, and plant turnarounds.
  • Proven leadership of complex, safety-critical execution in continuous process manufacturing.
  • Strong knowledge of project management, construction execution, and asset renewal practices.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and contractors in high-risk environments.
  • Engineering degree required.
  • Must be legally eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
