Job Description

Flybridge Staffing is currently searching for a Sr. Project Manager (Software Implementations) for our client here in the South Florida area. This is a contract role that will help with a 3rd party software implementation. You will be working with the Software Vendor, IT, Marketing, and Operations. Hybrid-Remote role, with 2-3 days onsite each week in the West Broward area.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for overseeing the timelines and resources to ensure the project is completed on time and within the specified budget
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge and understanding of technologies, applications, and services
  • Understand project goals and resources and come up with plans to meet those goals
  • Maintain project timeframes, budgeting estimates, and status reports to stakeholders, and the management team
  • Actively manage project scope, cost, schedule, and quality to meet stakeholder expectations
  • Provide organizational effectiveness and efficiency
  • Implement strategies that deliver projects on schedule and within budget
  • Using project management tools to track project performance and schedule adherence
  • Conduct risk assessments for projects to minimize project risks
  • Organize meetings to discuss project goals and progress with Vendor, IT, Marketing, and Operations
  • Coordinate project team members and develop schedules and individual responsibilities

Requirements:

  • 5+ years working as a Project Manager in the IT field
  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 3+ years working in an Agile/Scrum Environment
  • 3+ years of prior Implementation Project Management experience
  • Ability to communicate with all levels of an organization
