What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead and support the planning, design, and permitting of land development and infrastructure projects
- Perform hydrologic and hydraulic analysis and modeling (HEC-RAS experience preferred)
- Design site layouts including grading, drainage, utilities, and erosion & sediment control
- Prepare and review engineering reports, plans, specifications, and cost estimates
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while staying on schedule and within budget
- Coordinate directly with clients, agencies, and internal teams
- Contribute to proposal efforts and support client development initiatives
- Mentor and guide junior staff as part of a collaborative team environment
What They’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering
- 5+ years of experience in site/civil or land development engineering
- Strong background in stormwater management, drainage design, and hydrology/hydraulics
- Proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D
- Experience with HEC-RAS preferred
- Knowledge of local Texas land development processes and regulations
- Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred (or on track)
- Strong communication skills and ability to work both independently and within a team
