• The Production Engineer develops a strong understanding of the operation of the production unit; develops understanding of safety & environmental procedures / policies that impact operations.
• Work with all divisions of the complex to solve any site production problems. Support with troubleshooting and improvements in technology
• Participate in the development of operating budgets (fixed and variable costs) to enable safe and profitable operation. Generates and reports on monthly metrics.
• Lead incident investigations and RCFAs.
• Support the development of operating procedures; review and validate training material; update documents required for ISO certification
• Use knowledge of variable production cost to direct optimization opportunities and develop project ideas.
• Relocation provided. $130K-$165K.

• The Production Engineer will have BS Chemical Engineering degree and 10+ years of experience working in a chemical / petrochemical manufacturing plant.
• Experience in a PSM and ISO environment preferred. Ethylene production a strong plus.
• Must be legally eligible to work in the US without sponsorship.
