  • Preparation or review of various engineering deliverables such as Heat and Material Balances, Process Flow Diagrams, P & I Diagrams, Equipment Data Sheets and specifications, Cause & Effect diagrams, isolation philosophies, control philosophies, shutdown philosophies, HAZOP Studies & reports, Operation, maintenance & commissioning manuals etc. and providing necessary engineering inputs to Engineering Contractors, other disciplines, and other departments.

  • Supports engineering with review of design that meets the requirements set in terms of process safety, operability and availability, reviewing 3D plant models and general layout plan and, by participating in commissioning, start-up and performance tests.

  • Identify and bring forward opportunities to reduce CAPEX and OPEX by analysing the different systems within a Carbon Capture project. Identify risks and properly define and document mitigating actions that need to be incorporated in the design or at a later stage in the project, including incorporation of lessons learn from similar projects.

  • Review of contract documents, specifications, datasheets, verification of FEED design & calculations
