Senior Project Manager — Transportation Infrastructure — San Antonio Metro, TX

Our client, an established specialty contractor installing traffic signals, roadway lighting, signing, and intelligent transportation systems across Texas, is hiring a Senior Project Manager to run major highway and traffic-infrastructure projects from award through closeout.

What You'll Do

• Own project execution end to end: budget, schedule, procurement, subcontractors, and project financials
• Direct field leadership — superintendents, coordinators, and crews — across concurrent Texas project sites
• Manage TxDOT, municipal, and general-contractor relationships, including change management and monthly pay applications
• Drive safety, quality, and schedule performance on active roadway work

What They're Looking For

• Proven project management experience in highway, roadway, or transportation-infrastructure construction — traffic signals, lighting, signing, or ITS experience is a strong plus
• Command of public-works contract administration (TxDOT or municipal lettings preferred)
• A track record of delivering projects on schedule and on budget while leading field teams
• Valid Texas driver's license and ability to travel to project sites throughout Texas

Compensation

• Base salary from $180,000, depending on experience and qualifications
• Senior leadership seat with a growing, well-backed specialty contractor and a steady public-infrastructure pipeline
