Sr. Marketing Strategist

We are seeking a data-driven, creatively minded Senior Marketing Strategist to join our team. This role is perfect for someone passionate about understanding audience behavior, crafting compelling strategies, and presenting high-impact marketing plans that turn insights into action.

Key Responsibilities

  • Insight Development: Gather and analyze data from ticketing platforms, audience research, digital analytics, and social listening tools to uncover actionable insights.
  • Strategic Planning: Create high-impact marketing strategies that align with artist goals, target the right audiences, and maximize ticket sales.
  • Campaign Ideation: Lead the brainstorming and development of creative campaign concepts that capture the artist’s unique voice and brand.
  • Presentation Creation: Design and deliver visually compelling presentations to artists, managers, and label partners, clearly articulating the strategic vision and expected
  • Tactical Execution: Work closely with marketing managers to translate strategic plans into tactical campaigns, including digital, experiential, and grassroots marketing.
  • Performance Analysis: Establish KPIs, track campaign performance, and refine strategies based on real-time data and post-event analysis.
  • Industry Leadership: Stay ahead of emerging trends, platform updates, and digital marketing innovations to keep the company at the forefront of live event marketing.
  • Relationship Building: Build strong, long-term relationships with artists, managers, and key stakeholders, acting as a trusted marketing advisor.

Qualifications

  • 5-7 years of experience in marketing strategy, digital advertising, or artist management (live events or music industry experience strongly preferred).
  • Proven track record of designing and presenting successful marketing strategies for artists or high-profile brands.
  • Strong analytical skills, with experience using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads, and CRM platforms.
  • Creative mindset with a passion for storytelling and brand development.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field.

Compensation range is between $100,000 - $120,000
